State Bags
State bags related to Possible Gang Levels.
The resource folder on your server must be named exactly possible-gang-levels.
Gang Levels does not set its own state bags. Levels and XP go through exports and the database.
If you need turf / war / territory presence for other scripts, use those resources' bags and exports instead.
